Quality Control and Shipment Planning

Inspection timing and transport mode work together to control quality, cost and shipping responsibility.

1. Pre-Shipment Inspection (PSI) + Sea Freight

Inspect when production is 100% complete and at least 80% packed. Once approved, load the container and ship by sea. Sea freight usually takes 2-6 weeks, and the inspection helps prevent non-conforming goods from leaving the factory.

2. During-Production Inspection (DUPRO) + Air Freight

Inspect when 10%-30% of the order is complete so issues can be corrected early. This suits urgent or high-value electronics and reduces the risk of paying for repeat air freight after a late failure.

3. Container Loading Check (CLC) + FOB/EXW

Supervise loading at the factory or port. Under FOB or EXW, risk transfers to the buyer earlier, so a loading check documents the condition of the goods and packaging before shipment and supports any transport-damage claim.
